Johnetta Y. Holland is the President of CSI Corporation of DC, a Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned, full-spectrum security company proudly serving federal agencies, commercial enterprises, and communities across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region for over a decade.
Ms. Holland's authority in the security industry is not inherited — it is earned. She began her career on the front lines as a physical security officer protecting Federal Government, commercial, and residential posts across the DMV region. Over more than 23 years of progressive professional experience, she mastered every dimension of the security industry — from post operations and officer training to contract negotiation, business development, and multi-jurisdictional licensing. When she founded CSI Corporation of DC in 2011, she did not simply start a company. She built an institution rooted in accountability, professionalism, and community.
Today, Ms. Holland leads a team of 50+ security professionals, overseeing all operations, finance, human resources, and strategic growth for CSI. Under her leadership, CSI has earned 8 active government certifications — including WOSB, WBE, MBE, DSLBD, MWAA, WMATA, CBE/DBE, and DOBE — positioning the company as one of the most credentialed security firms in the DMV region and opening contract access that large national competitors simply cannot match.
Ms. Holland holds a Special Police Officer designation from the DC Metropolitan Police Department, security licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia, an Interim Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense, and certifications in CPR/First Aid, X-Ray and Magnetometer operations, and Fingerprinting from the State of Maryland. Her credentials are a direct reflection of the standard she holds every CSI officer to — rigorous, verified, and mission-ready.
